OUT OF STOCK:
While our policy is to
dispatch orders within 24 hours, should an item be out of stock we will
process your order as soon as the item is available. In the case of
extended delays we will contact you and advise the expected delay in
delivery, suggest an alternative product, or adjust your order as

RETURNS:
You must contact us before returning any
item
VACCINES cannot be returned under any
circumstances - please order carefully
If an item you have
purchased turns out to be not what you wanted you may return it
provided
i) It is in its original unused and unopened condition
and
ii) It has been received back by us within 10 days of purchase
date.
Unless an incorrect item was sent out by us all freight charges
are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot refund any
freight charges on either delivery or return of goods and no COD
deliveries will be accepted by us under any circumstances. |
