In most cases orders are despatched within 24 hours of processing
Your order is packed and then weighed. 
 Then, depending on which is cheaper it will be delivered by either Australia Post or courier

Local orders: Penrith, Mulgoa, Wallacia, Orchard Hills, $5.50 (These orders can also be picked up)
Outer Penrith Areas: Such as Camden, Cobbitty, Silverdale, Luddenham, Bringelly  $7.50  
Hawkesbury: Windsor, Richmond, Freemans Reach, Kurrajong, areas $7.50 
Sydney Metro:
Rural NSW & Interstate:   Rates vary for postcode and weight - if freight is over $15 we will contact you before sending your order

To keep our prices as low as possible we mostly use recycled and used packaging materials. 
If you would prefer shiny bubble wrap and a brand new box please let us know so we can add their cost to your total. 
There is no markup at all on the freight charges and the amount is added to your order after checkout
as we cannot calculate the exact value until the goods are packed. 

Vaccine Surcharges: 
Vaccines must be kept cool at all times and are only available to areas reached by overnight delivery.
They cannot be sent on a Friday and have an extra charge of $4.40 to cover a foam esky and ice pack. 
This fee does not apply to local delivery or pick up orders.
